Shipping policy

1. Shipping Overview

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Courier (Small Parcels)
  • Freight / Logistics (Heavy & Palletised Goods)
  • Warehouse Pickup (by prior arrangement)

Freight is generally at the buyer’s cost, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping method is determined based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

2. Freight Charges

All freight charges are payable by the customer unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Small parcels: Courier rates apply.
  • Heavy or palletised goods: Freight will be quoted separately if not calculated at checkout.
  • Residential deliveries: May incur additional charges and will be quoted accordingly.
  • Remote or rural addresses: May attract additional freight charges.

We reserve the right to adjust freight charges if incorrect freight selection was made at checkout. Customers will be notified before dispatch.

3. Dispatch Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • In-stock small items: Typically dispatched within 1 business day.
  • Heavy equipment and palletised goods: 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability.

If any item is out of stock, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.

4. Delivery Conditions

Courier Deliveries (Small Items)

  • Courier drivers may leave parcels at the delivery address (Authority to Leave).
  • Signature is not always required unless specifically requested.
  • Once delivery is confirmed by the courier tracking system, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If signature-required delivery is needed, customers must request this at the time of ordering.

Freight / Pallet Deliveries (Heavy Equipment)

  • Delivery is kerbside unless otherwise agreed.
  • For large equipment requiring door-to-door placement, a forklift or suitable unloading equipment must be available on site.
  • Tyre machines and compact equipment may not require forklift depending on size and weight.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to site access issues or lack of unloading equipment, additional charges may apply.

5. Residential Deliveries

Residential delivery is available but may incur additional freight charges.

Freight cost for residential delivery will normally be quoted prior to dispatch.

6. Risk, Insurance & Damage Claims

All goods are shipped via third-party freight providers who carry their own freight insurance.

Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch or collection.

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.

Any:

  • Damage
  • Shortage
  • Incorrect items

must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographic evidence will be required for freight damage claims.

Claims lodged after 48 hours may not be accepted.

7. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier or freight providers
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Industrial action
  • Force majeure events

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

8. Warehouse Pickup

Warehouse pickup is available by prior arrangement only.

Customers are responsible for safe loading and transportation once goods are collected.

9. Retention of Title

Ownership of goods remains with the seller until full payment has been received.
